More to the point, this is an involvement site exploring new ways to develop and diffuse useful knowledge about keeping up with change. The business world has become both complex and fast almost overnight. If you're learning it from a book, it's already old news.

This site is for people who understand that the business knowledge base is changing - for people who are agile enough to keep up with those changes and believe that organizations should be equally agile - but know that agility is not an operating dogma - that it is simply what it is: a characteristic quality of nimbleness, a demonstrated ability to remain viable in a changing environment - and that it is not the only characteristic or competency needed to stay alive - but it is necessary - and few organizations are competent at it.

What We Believe

Learning something new is what keeps life interesting. Doing something useful with new knowledge makes life meaningful. Getting caught up in dogma and recipe is boring. Nothing is standing still - and the more we learn the more we see there is to learn. The rules change when we're not looking.
